Privacy policy

Emulsion is a GPT Image 2.5 workspace. We collect what we need to run accounts, generation, and billing.

What we collect

Accounts: name, email, hashed password (email signup), and Google profile fields if you use Google. Billing: Creem customer and subscription identifiers, plan, and credit ledger. Generation: prompts, settings, optional reference images, and output files we store so you can reopen history. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and time for abuse control. Waitlist: the email you submit, plus an optional source tag.

How we use it

To sign you in, grant credits, generate stills, prevent abuse, screen prompts against our content policy, send billing mail, and reply to support. We don’t sell the list or use it for unrelated ads.

Third parties

Hosting may run on Vercel. Accounts and credit rows sit in Neon. Uploaded references and generated stills sit in Cloudflare R2. Google handles Google sign-in. Prompts and references go to Replicate or another configured image provider. Paid checkout is processed by Creem; Creem receives the email and payment details needed to charge you. We send user prompts to Creem’s moderation API before generation. We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session replays; passwords are masked.

Retention and deletion

To delete your account, history, and waitlist row, email support@cycset.com. We remove the record after we verify the request. Creem may keep billing records as required by law.
