Privacy policy

Emulsion currently ships a landing page and a waitlist. We collect as little as we can, and only to tell you when the product opens.

What we collect

The email you submit, plus an optional source tag (hero or footer). Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and submit time for abuse control.

How we use it

Only to confirm you’re on the GPT Image 2.5 waitlist, notify you when the workspace launches, and reply if you write to us. We don’t sell the list or use it for unrelated ads.

Retention and deletion

Names sit on our servers or on a webhook you configure. To delete your record, email hello@emulsion.studio. We’ll remove it after we verify the request.

Third parties

Hosting may run on providers such as Vercel. Image generation, when it ships, will call the OpenAI Images API — we’ll update this page then. This policy does not cover generation data that doesn’t exist yet.
